The frustration tolerance - ability of the person to objectively estimate a problem situation due to what there is a possibility of its opposition to frustrators, stability to frustration acts as the professional - important property of the person, and also successful activity of the manager in conditions of joint activity and productivity of pedagogical collective as a whole. By results of research types of managers with features of display frustration tolerances, namely - manahgers who are characterized by stable frustration tolerance, mnaagaers to whom instable frustration tolerance is characteristic and managers to whom peculiar frustration intolerance is allocated. It is determined: structure frustration tolerances which is subdivided in following making - cognitive (formed knowledge, skills, skills concerning means of the decision of a problem situation, become of own position and strategy of behavior), emotional (valuable senses which define the emotional attitude, motivation and strategy of behavior of the person), behavioral (impaction in emotional experience of behavioral patterns which interiorized on the cognitive level and define features of management of the individual own behavior). It is necessary to note, that the consciousness of the manager of education tolerant to frustration distinguishes the following criteria - features formed tolerances as properties of the person and social tolerance, presence of installation concerning the valuable relation to displays differences, and also base belief of the person (goodwill of the world, validity of the world, be control the world, accident as a principle of distribution of events which occur, value own "I", a degree of self-checking above events, a degree of luck), cognitive-styles features of the person. Formation frustration tolerances of the person becomes possible due to fastening in consciousness of the valuable relation own to itself, peoples and world around to what results of forming experiment testify.
