Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to definition and a substantiation of the methods of increase of the reliability and safety of the thermal aggregates in view of age-hardening processes and shattering of the basic constructive elements. Factors which influence a level of environmental safety of chamber furnaces of thermal aggregate are specific. Processes of shattering, accumulation of the damage in the laying of the piers and its recoveries are studied. The mathematical model of the shattering of the laying on the base of existing stochastic model of accumulation of damages is developed. Their use for aggregates which have a refractory lining which is subject to the cyclical loadings is extended. The mathematical model of the shattering of the laying with the given reliability allows to predict the condition of the laying on between-repairs phase. The model allows to estimate probability of the emersion of the through defects in the laying of pears in view of the random destroyed factors. Probabilities of the occurrence of the emissions of the harmful substances and their amount through open defects in the blast-furnace brickwork of the chamber furnaces are specific. Parameters of the recovery processes of the laying which ensure efficiency of the repair, reliability and the safety of the chamber furnaces on the base of the calculations on the model are proved.
