Ostashko I. O. Justification of the parameters of the centrifugal mill for the grinding of solid residues of pyrolysis of worn tires. - On the rights of the manuscript. Thesis for Ph.D. degree of technical sciences in the specialty 05.05.13 – Мachinery and apparatus for chemical production. Completed at the Ukrainian State University of Chemical Technology. Protection. – National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”, Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Kyiv, 2017. The dissertation is devoted to the scientific choice, development and substantiation of the basic parameters of milling equipment for crushing the solid residue of pyrolysis of worn tires, as well as research on the rational use of the crushed product as a substitute for industrial technical carbon A new design of the centrifugal plant has been developed and patented, as well as a number of technical solutions for its improvement. A series of experimental studies on the influence of structural and technological parameters on the grinding process have been carried out. The method of calculating energy consumption for the grinding process, which takes into account the geometry of the working organ, angular velocities of its rotation, the average diameter of particles in the grinding chamber, is developed. Methods of numerical analysis conducted research that allowed us to obtain the field distribution of velocities and trajectories of flows of heterogeneous environments and to determine the dependence of size distribution of particles from the issue of the mill on the geometrical parameters part flow was confirmed efficiency crushed solid residue of pyrolysis as a substitute for industrial carbon black in the composition for the manufacture of drain railroad pads.
