Essay

The dissertation is devoted by development of scientific bases of support of the reliability of traditional and new machines and aggregates requiring reliability level. The trend of coke aggregates and serving machines development was worked out. Influence of processing mass mechanical behavior and human factor on their reliability was taken in consideration. Reliability and efficiency of the coke ovens large-size block masonry from refractory concrete was substantiated. Principles of its design were developed. Mathematical models were worked out and new laws of reliability change of whole coke production complex, that depends process modes, single aggregates power, their resource and technical service and repairs level were defined. The device complex for investigation of processing mass physical and mechanical properties, new ways of technological process conduction, coke aggregates and serving machines designs securiting reliability increase were worked out. Results of industrial use of developments with actual economical effect at the coke plants were presented.
