Essay

A thesis for obtaining a scientific degree of a candidate of engineering sciences on specialty 05.05.13 – machines and vehicles of chemical productions. - National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” MSE of Ukraine, Kyiv, 2018. The dissertation is devoted to the development of new methods of research, analysis and designing of machines and apparatuses of chemical production, taking into account evolutionary processes of accumulation and propagation of defects and cracks in them, in order to increase their reliability and durability. An effective modification of the iterative-analytical theory of shells in relation to the solution of the problems of the destruction mechanics in spatial structures was created. A new special multilayer refined finite element for modeling the processes of propagation of main cracks in multilayer spatial systems with consideration of delamination processes has been developed. Based on developed FE a modification of the method of discrete-virtual propagation of delamination zones was created for a precise investigation of the fracture processes of multilayer constructions of chemical engineering. An effective algorithm is developed which allows to modeling the processes of joint propagation of main cracks in physically and geometrically nonlinear formulation taking into account the delamination processes to assess the residual strength of chemical equipment elements. The automated systems of continuous information support of the chemical industry objects life cycle are developed, allowing to carry out monitoring the equipment during its operation, to predict scenarios of possible development of fracture zones in case of occurrence contingency or emergency situations. Keywords: spatial construction, fracture, crack, delamination zone, cyclic crack-resistance.
