Fetisova V. Medical control during the regenerative physical trainings of highly skilled swimmers’ state after acute respiratory diseases

The dissertation is devoted to a substantiation, development of a technique regenerative bicycle ergometry trainings of highly skilled swimmers in view of their individual tolerance to physical load for acceleration of physical and sports rehabilitation after acute respiratory diseases. Influence of acute respiratory diseases on a functional condition and impellent opportunities of highly skilled swimmers with comparison in age, sex and sports qualification is studied. On the basis of researches morphofunctional parameters, tolerance to physical load, aerobic productivity, a condition of external breath, resistance to hypoxia and bioelectric activity of heart, and also medical-pedagogical supervision the new technique bicycle ergometry trainings in view of individual tolerance to physical load of highly skilled swimmers which have carried acute respiratory diseases, on early terms after the medical admission to trainings is developed and applied.
