International investment processes under global transformation conditions. Grounding of mechanisms, that can be used for foreign direct investments acceleration for the assurance of Ukrainian economic growth, based on complex examination of modern investment processes and analysis of instruments of marco-economic regulation of capital flows. Research methods: sientific abstraction, statistical analysis, factor analysis, qualitatibe and quantative comparison, economic modeling. Algorythm of industry target selection based on diagnbostics of currect and perspective development indexes, methodology of evaluation of an industry strategic importance based on the following creteria: level of industry techonology facilities, industry share in Gross Domestic Product and export growth rate; indentification of evolutions stages and qualitative features of each stage of foreign direct investments evolution. Implemented instruments for economic and mathematical modeling of Ukrainian economic growth; methods for the definition of factor of influence on level of Ukrainian investment attrativeness by legislative , executive and educational institutions.
