Essay

Dissertation is devoted to increase of efficiency of treatment of patients with toxic-allergic dermatosis (TAD) by preparations of metabolic action taking into account the biochemical indexes of homeostasis, amino acid spectrum and system of oxide of nitrogen (NO). The clinical displays, etiologic factors, are trained, the state of homeostasis, amino acid (AC) spectrum and system NO. First on the basis of study of spectrum of all replaceable and irreplaceable AC the role of metabolic component is set in pathogenesis of TAD - disaminoacidemia at polymorphic exsudative erythema (PEE), hypoaminoacidemia at a syndrome Stevens-Johnson (SSD), hypo- and hyperaminoacidemia at toxic epidermal necrolisis (TEN). Intensification of oxidizing metabolism L-arginine is exposed as violation of functioning of the system NO, that in the turn results in hyperproduction NO and can transform from the link of adaptation (at PEE) in the link of damage (at SSD and TEN). The method of therapy is developed with the use of antioxidant facilities (the "Tri-Vi plus"), amino acid mixtures (the "Octamin plus", "Infezol 40"), volemic stabilizator ("Refortan") and proof-reader of metabolic acidosis (4%hydrocarbonat of sodium). The offered method of medical treatment allows to attain rapid clinical convalescence (94,4%), by what to decrease frequency of mortal consequences at TEN.
