Kremeshna T. Formation of the pedagogical self-efficacy of the future teachers of music.

Object is professional training of the future teachers in pedagogical college. The purpose is to define, theoretically to prove and experimentally to approve pedagogical conditions which provide proof positive dynamics of process of formation of pedagogical self-efficiency at the future teachers of music. Theoretical results and novelty are follows: the essence of concept «pedagogical self-efficiency» for the first time is defined and scientifically proved; the structure of pedagogical self-efficiency of the future teachers of music is scientifically proved and developed. The model of formation of pedagogical self-efficiency and a technique of its realization in pedagogical college is developed. Practical results and novelty of research consist in working out: techniques of diagnostics of pedagogical self-efficiency of the future teachers of music; techniques of realization of pedagogical conditions of formation of professional self-efficiency of the future teachers in art education branch; scientifically-methodical materials for teachers and students on formation of pedagogical self-efficiency of the future teachers of music. The subject and introduction degree is developed a special course «Pedagogical self-efficiency in formation of the future teachers of music». Efficiency of introduction is high. Branch are pedagogical, higher educational institutions, pedagogical colleges.
