Essay

Object is professional training of the fine arts teachers. The purpose are follows: theoretically to prove and experimentally to approve structurally functional model of preparation of the fine arts teachers to professional work in the conditions of the cultural and creative environment of a secondary school. Theoretical results and novelty are: a) the technique of diagnosing of level of readiness of the fine arts teachers to professional work in conditions the cultural and creative environment of secondary school which contains professional, social and personal components for the first time is theoretically proved. b) the structurally functional model of preparation of the fine arts teachers to professional work in conditions the cultural and creative environment is developed and scientifically proved. Practical results and novelty of research consist in working out of a technique of diagnostics of readiness of the fine arts teachers to professional work in conditions the cultural and creative environment of the school; methodical recommendations about preparation of the fine arts teachers to the application of the environment approach in professional work. The subject and introduction degree - is developed a special course «Bases the cultural and creative activity of the teacher» which structure includes a polyart course «the Nature - the Person - Architecture» which based on historical and cultural property of the region. Courses of "Integration of the school environment by architecture means», for the fine arts teachers - students of improvement of professional skill and «Realization cultural and creative approach at a lesson art means», for teachers of an elementary school who teach the fine arts are modified. Efficiency of introduction is high. Branch are pedagogical, higher educational institutions, secondary schools.
