Current thesis is devoted to the urban planning design of the teaching and educational institutions system creation. The structuring of the teaching and educational institutions, its functional zoning and principles of the profile recognition for the professional-technical and high degree institutions is proposed. The structure of the technical and economic indices for the teaching and educational institutions is proposed, its composition is defined for the further development of each type of the urban planning documentation.
