Savych O. International and legal responsibilities for establishing alternative forms of social insurance.

The dissertation is dedicated to observation of basis for generating international and legal responsibilities into national legal system and creating a real scheme of providing international social standards by implementation of alternative social insurance. Special consideration is given to organizing a concept of alternative social insurance and foundation of its necessity. The main part in the dissertation is devoted to analyze of international activities of government in regulation system of above mentioned sphere. Mainly this includes activities connected with regulations, forms of co-operation, mechanism of implementing alternative social insurance. Much attention is given to harmonization of legal system of Ukraine with international social standards.
