An object is a process of separating extrass of woodworking enterprises from an arboreal dust by cyclone dust-collectors with jalousie separator. A purpose is an increase of efficiency of dust-collecting in the processes of treatment of wood and wood materials on the basis of development and introduction of high-efficiency dust-collecting equipment. Methods are methods of mechanics of continuous environment, aerodynamics, numerical analysis and design, external filtration, hydrodynamic methods, methods of mathematical statistics. Scientific novelty: the mathematical model of motion of particle of dust of wood is built in cyclone dust-collectors with jalousie separator, conformities to the law of transference of particles of dust are set in a vehicle, in theory and experimentally grounded expedience of combination of centrifugal and inertia methods of cleaning of dust in a demihull, the model of separator is first built.
