Melnyсk N. Transformation of neutrality concept in the conditions of globalization.

Transformation of the concept of neutrality under the influence globalization process in the context of changes in external political priorities of the neutral states because of the evolution of the institute of neutrality is examined in the thesis. In the course of investigation it was proved, that transformation, which the institute of neutrality noticed during its existence, testifies about its activeness and production. In the thesis it is investigated the modern situation, perspectives and conceptual ambushes of the institute of neutrality; marked and the fully over watched place of neutrality in the structure of international relations; analyzed the classification of neutrality forms; decided upon the special features of globalization influence on the essence of neutrality concept; defined the main aspects of transformation of the neutrality concept, determined by globalization; it is proved that the main tendency is activization of international political work, enlargement of cooperation with international organizations in economic, political and safety spheres; defined and fully investigated probable perspectives of subsequent evolution of neutrality concept in the conditions of Eurointegration enlargement and the system of European security formation; proved the theoretical course formation possibility of Ukrainian foreign policy on the ambushes of neutrality and political coalitions' excludance on the stage of international self-identification of the state and establishment of the main external political priorities.
