Lavrisuk U. Discurs of Oleksa Slisarenko's neorealistic prose (genre and style modifications).

The thesis is devoted to study O.Slisarenko's neorealistic prose. The peculiarities of transformation of principles of classic realism in O.Slisarenko's works are studied; the hypothesis about individual modification of expressive and imitative means of neorealism in writer's prose texts is given proof after comparative analysis of realism and its conception continuation in XX-th century - neorealism. The research shows the forming of the system of art-aesthetic appraisals of O.Slisarenko's prose in the Ukrainian history and criticism of literature. The author pays attention to close correlation of criticism in 20-30-th of the XX-th century with writer's creative practice and gives proof of their mutual influence. The nature of O.Slisarenko's art experiment in the context of avant-garde literature of the 20-th of the XX century is examined. The principal attention is given to the formal innovation and the specific character of the creation of subject in his prose works. The dominants of the problems ofO.Slisarenko's prose and the peculiarities of construction of the characters and realization of the conception of Renaissance personage are analyzed. The significance of O.Slisarenko's neorealistic works in the Ukrainian literature process of the 20-th is defined.
