Poluboyarina I. Forming of the professional competence of future music teachers at a teachers' training college

The dissertation research is devoted to the problem of formation of the professional competence of future music teachers. On the basis of analysis of literary sources the concept of professional competence of future music teachers is specified. The structure of professional competence of future music teachers is determined. The pedagogical and psychological conditions of formation of professional competence are grounded. The model for formation of the professional competence of future music teachers at a teachers' training college is developed, proved theoretically and checked experimentally. The criteria, indicators and levels of development of the professional competence of future music teachers are determined. It is established that the effective formation of professional competence is promoted by such forms of educational activity as functioning creative clubs, independent creative tasks, music lessons at schools, pedagogical and psychological trainings. The research does solve all the problems, the issue of governing of the professional competence of future music teachers in higher educational institutions is still relevant.
