Vasilenko D. Limitation of constitutional rights and freedoms of citizens in the pre-trial stages of the criminal legal proceeding of Ukraine

Dissertation is monographic research of theoretical, practical and legal problems which are related to limitation of constitutional rights for citizens in the pre-trial stages of the criminal legal proceeding of Ukraine. In work questions are examined in relation to essence, character of state compulsion; concept of legal responsibility and process of its realization; essences of criminally procedural compulsion. Legal problems which arise up under time are also analyzed in dissertation: implementation of necessary judicial actions and investigation action (review of place of event) to excitation of criminal case, holding of person under a guard, criminally procedural detention, setting of person in psychiatric permanent establishment, electing of measure of suppression, unconnected with the isolation of person, realization of other forced measures.
