Strogan A. Consideration and permission of solicitors on pre-trial investigation

Complex research of actual theoretical questions of institute of solicitors in a criminal process and practical problems of their statement, consideration and permission on pre-trial investigation is conducted in dissertation. A concept and value of solicitors of participants of process is certain in the criminal legal proceeding, their correlation with other forms of appeal. Considerable attention is spared the statement of solicitors, order of consideration and permission of solicitors an investigator, place and role of discretion of investigator, a defendant and his defender at application of terms of evaluations and concepts in the mechanism of permission of solicitors of participants of process.The scientifically-grounded suggestions are borne in relation to the improvement of current procedural criminal legislation of Ukraine on considered questions.
