Tropin Z. Mechanism of international dispute settlement under the Energy Charter Treaty.

Dissertation is dedicated to the research of the mechanism of settlement of international disputes under the Energy Charter Treaty. Theoretical and practical aspects of this issue are investigated. Formation of international means of adjudication in context of common historical development of means of settlement of international disputes are analyzed. The main tendencies of development of international means of adjudication are filtrated. It is proved that Energy Charter Treaty contains mechanism of settlement of disputes that corresponds to these tendencies. Provisions of Energy Charter Treaty that fix respective means of settlement of international disputes are analyzed. Great part of the work is dedicated to the investigation of practice of realization of mechanism of settlement of international disputes under the Energy Charter Treaty. Problem aspects of implementation of Energy Charter Treaty that had been raised during realization of means of settlement of international disputes under this treatywere analyzed.
