This dissertation is complex scientific research of investigation of criminal acts of vandalism. In-process certain criminal acts of vandalism, their classification is resulted after different criteria. Set elements of criminalistics description of these crimes, routined cross-correlation to interdependence between separate elements. Analysed features of initial stages of investigation, certain circumstances which are subject to establishment, measures, on verification of statements and reports about the accomplished vandalism occasions and grounds for excitation of criminal case. On the basis of generalization of investigation practice the offered typical versions and investigation situations of the explored category of crimes, algorithm of actions of investigator in relation to their decision. The considered features of preparation and leadthrough of review of place of event, interrogation, search, coulisse and setting of judicial examinations are in matters about the criminal acts of vandalism. Formulation of numerous criminalistics recommendations is a research result from the improvement of organizationally-tactical bases of leadthrough of separate investigators of actions during investigation of criminal acts of vandalism.
