The thesis is dedicated to evaluation of clinical and urodynamical signs of overactive bladder with urge urinary incontinence at female patients, rationale of administration of newly-developed pharmacological form of M-cholinergic blocker (propiverine hydrochloride) and estimation of terms of M-cholineblocking therapy with improvement of its efficacy. It was ascertained that symptoms of overactive bladder have their peculiar signs and follow the gynecological diseases. The principal urodynamical sign of overactive bladder is considered to be the detrusor overactivity in patent and its hidden forms. There was described and evaluated the particular type of uroflowmetric curve (dyscoordinated) that serves as screening sign of overactive bladder. The newly-developed pharmacological form of extended release (ER) of propiverine hydrochloride is characterized by better efficacy and tolerance comparing both placebo and classical immediate release (IR) forms. The M-cholineblocking therapy should to be performedwith the choice of individual scheme and evaluation of quality of life before and after the treatment. The developed diagnostic and treating scheme improves the diagnostic and choice of treatment on the background of involving both clinical and urodynamical approaches.
