Object of research: co-operation of organs of local self-government and users of their services. Purpose: theoretical ground and elaborating of practical measures on implementing and use of marketing approaches in activity of organs of local self-government in Ukraine. Methods: systems, complex and situation approaches, analysis and synthesis, design, abstracting and generalization. Results: in a theory are grounded and elaborated practical measures on implementing of marketing approaches in activity of organs of local self-government in Ukraine. Novelty: the organizational mechanism of realization of the social marketing in activity of organs of local self-government is elaborated. It is inculcated in activity of organs of power in the Kharkiv region. Areas of use: state administration, regional management, training and retraining of civil servants.
