The dissertation is devoted to study the healthy life style formation and health maintenance among city teenagers. Complex study is carried out on the basis conducted researches on condition and dynamics of rates and structures of morbidity among 12-16 years old. teenagers sickliness in the city of Vinnytsia during the period 2001 2006. Regional peculiarities are revealed. The analysis of influence of socio psychological and behavioral risk factors on the process of health formation is carried out, the peculiate in keeping the basic principles of healthy life style and distinctions between the practically healthy and somatically ill patients are establishe.The effectiveness of the modern preventive programs implementation at schools is scientifically proved. A system of primary morbidity prevention and healthy life style establishment are developed as a result of researches. A decrease of risky behavior of teenagers at the time model establishment is revealed in the dynamics.
