3. The dissertation is devoted to questions a theoretical and experimental research and the decision of a new scientifi-cally applied problem, which consists in improvement of qual-ity and processing of the holes with a faltering surface, by de-sign and technological methods. The dynamic model of process boring faltering holes is developed. The design of the boring-bar with elastic elements which allows suppressing bending vibration of system spindle-boring-bar in a plane, which are taking place trough the tool point is developed. The areas of a choice of such design parameters of the boring-bar at which there is a guaranteed lowering the amplitude of oscillation in comparison to the traditional scheme of boring work are cer-tain. It is developed and made the design of a boring cutter with a cylindrical forward surface, providing the raised durability and stability of an edge chock of the tool in the conditions of chock character of the application of loading. The analytical dependences are received,allowing to define influence of ge-ometry of the designed cutter on a roughness of the processed surface.
