The economic content of international labor migration and its typical features are considered, the classification of migration according to different characteristics is determined, the peculiarities of formation of international labor market, its structure and functions are analyzed, the preconditions of development of international migration of work resources in Ukraine are founded. The peculiarities of strategy of state migration policy in Ukraine are researched, the peculiarities of state regulation of international labor migration are determined and the ways of its improvement are founded, the role of organization-economic instruments in the development of international labor migration is determined. The estimation of social-economic effectiveness of international labor migration is realized, the priority ways and models of participation of Ukraine in global migration processes are worked out and founded.
