Essay

The dissertation includes an experimental research within a theoretical framework of the existential-humanistic psychology and has been directed on development of functioning of the children's theatres, which is not yet studied by psychologists. It has been found out that children's creativity and the theatres' art achievements are higher among theatres directed by those persons who demonstrate the higher levels of sense-of-life orientations, and their valuables priorities are differ in comparing with the ones of others their colleagues. Besides, the directors, which demonstrate the higher levels on existential-humanistic tests, in their pedagogical practice utilize the dialogical strategy of psychological impacts. The new opportunities open for the development of methods of testing the levels of theatres' achievements and for the improving the professional diagnostic methods and professional selection of the persons for a future professional theatre education. The results of research can be used in lectures on psychology of theatric art and in development of programs of psychological training of experts in the sphere of theatric-pedagogical education.
