The thesis is a research work in which at a monographic level the standards of procedural criminal law are studied. The concept of standards of procedural criminal law, their specific attributes, functionality and kinds are shown; the correlation of standards of procedural criminal law with norms of criminal law is studied; it is analyzed the general questions of standards' structure and their separate elements (a hypothesis, a disposition, the sanction).
