Object is foreign-policy strategies of the leading states of EU as to development and implementation of CFSP of EU; the aim is a complex analysis of foreign-policy approaches of France, Germany and Great Britain to development of CFSP of EU; methods – system, comparative, chronologic, institutional-comparative, structural-functional; novelty – theoretical base of research of leading actors of European integration foreign-policy approaches to the problem of CFSP forming is generalized; results – the probable regions of CFSP EU implementation and facilities of its realization to these regions are exposed; it is introduced in a research sphere, educational courses on political science; fields - vocational training, the theory of politics, political practice.
