Dissertation is devoted the investigating of іntrapersonal conflict as a factor of the students' socialization. The theoretical model of intrapersonal conflict as the factor of the student's socialization is offered. The structural components of іntrapersonal conflict, which allow to examine them as informing for the socialization of students, are underline in the work. The influence on character of students' socialization as the co-operation of two factors - sensitivity of self relations' system in the situation of intrapersonal complications and motivational orientation of personal activity of students is shown and substantiated. Data are cited about substance and structure of the "conflictogenic field" of the students' socialization. The psychological features of socialization of students depending on type of intrapersonal conflict and on the stage of studies in the university is experimentally found out. It is shown that intrapersonal conflicts have both negative, disadaptical function in the process of socialization of students and stimulant to selfdevelopment and motivated to active self-realization. Experimentally grounded the dependence of internal model of experiencing and conclusion of intrapersonal conflict, which is formed in self-consciousness of the student, on the level of the development of personality qualities. For the socially adapted student these models include an orientation on the socially set priorities of personal development, instrumental in saving and proceeding in a positive self relation. The system of psychological support of the social and personality becoming of students in the conditions of educational process and pedagogical practice was offered.
