Vasylchuk I. Psychological Conditions of Optimization of the Staff Work with the Personnel of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine

The dissertation deals with the optimization of the staff work with the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine personnel. The analysis of the theoretical principles of staff work organization in specialized and law-enforcement state bodies, some psychological peculiarities of personnel provision of the state border services has been carried out. The main psychological conditions of optimization of staff work with the State Border Guard Service personnel have been grounded. The empirical investigation of personnel management with the borderguard bodies' personnel has been worked out with the purpose of revealing career orientations typical of borderguards and peculiarities of their professional-personal development. The practical recommendations on the organization of the work of attestation commissions in the State Border Security bodies for the personnel units' officials have been worked out.
