This dissertation is research in which at monographic level the theoretical and practical issues of the day of using the special criminalistics knowledges are studied in investigation of thefts with penetration in habitation. The questions of forming of conception of integration model of using the special criminalistics knowledges are probed in investigation of thefts with penetration in habitation. Legal nature and elements of criminalistics description of thefts is considered with penetration in habitation, intercommunication with criminalistics classifica-tion. Suggestions are developed in relation to the use of information, thefts rep-resented in criminalistics description with penetration in habitation, in the proc-ess of the scientifically methodical providing of the useof the special criminalis-tics knowledges in investigation of concrete crime. The questions of perfection of organizational and criminalistics principles of the use of the special criminal-istics knowledges are probed; leadthrough of accounts for to the concrete crimi-nal cases at investigation of thefts with penetration in habitation, the row of sug-gestions and recommendations, directed on perfection subsequent of them legal settlement and practice of application is developed.
