Essay

The thesis is devoted to the theoretical substantiation and modern problem solving of increase of treatment efficiency, prophylaxis and rehabilitation of the sick with demodicosis. It was established that severity of clinical course of demodicosis was conditioned by the duration of disease and accompanying pathology which is mostly evident in gastrointestinal tract problems and hormonal disorders in women. Study of MMM levels in blood and urine as well as antibodies to lipopolysaccharide proved the presence of endogenic intoxication syndrome in the sick with demodicosis which is followed by MMM increase in the blood serum and MMM decrease in urine. It was proved that oxygen stress plays an essential role in the dermatosis pathology. Its marker is ketonic groups of oxidized proteins in the blood serum, level increase of which shows the level of disease severity. Study of morphological substrate of different clinical variants of dermatosis allows to find out regular change of tissue and cell reactions inepidermis and derma, that gives the right to specify diagnostic criteria of different clinical forms of demodicosis. It was worked out and introduced into the practice pathogenetically substantiated method of complex differential therapy, prophylaxis and rehabilitation of demodicosis with the prescription of ultrasorb, tyclopheron, tiotriasolin, spray "Spregal" and volatile-oil-bearing plants used according to different schemes dipending on the severity of disease course and the type of skin secretion of the patient taking into account the data received.
