Dissertation has dedicated to reproductive health state of Rivne region rural women and functional-organizational model of rural women reproductive health saving on regional level.The results had been become the ground for working out qualitatively new functional-organizational model of medical aid to rural women, with providing them with accessible and qualitative medical care. It has allowed to add new structures and their new functions to existing system. With the aim of medical care quality increasing, prophylactic measures working out, providing informative process of adequate management decisions acceptance, improving rehabilitation treatment and forming adequate conduct of youth, scientifically grounded and developed was regional automated system of obstetrical-gynecological care management.
