Essay

The problem of cultural and creative synthesis in the creative work of Russian composers in the late 19th – early 20th century is researched in the thesis. The concept of „cultural and creative synthesis” is analyzed, grounds of it formation are researched. In the thesis there has been examined the importance of tradition in the late 19th – early 20th century. The implementation of interaction of different stylish trends, their mutual penetration, integration, synthesis in the creative activity of composers of the given period have been analyzed.
