Essay

Dissertation has been devoted to the research of essence of interpersonaly perception of senior pupils; analysis of scientific-theoretical conceptions of noted problem in foreign and native psychology has been presented; contents and structure of interpersonal perception, it's role in the process of interaction of individuals of early youthful age has been determined. A psychological model has been offered, criterions (completeness, flexibility, direction) and indexes have been substantiated, levels (integrated, situated, primitive) of the development of interpersonal perception of senior pupils have been described. Experimentally secular and gender changes of interpersonal perception of senior pupils have been investigated. Hierarchy of social-psychological factors (emotional-value attitude, emotional responding, personal qualities, standart expectations, status and perception of a group) has been found out, which predetermine dynamics of interpersonal perception and specifics of formation of a perceptive mode. In the process of experimental work expedience and efficiency of inculcation of the developing programme as a perceptiv oriented social-psychological training has been proved.
