Aristova N. Formation of a foreign language learning motivation among the students of higher non-linguistic education establishments

The dissertation is dedicated to the vital theme - the formation of a foreign language learning motivation among the students of higher non-linguistic education establishments. The modern state and the development of the psychological and pedagogical studies of the problem of formation of the motivation of learning among the students of higher non-linguistic education establishments were analysed in the dissertation; the principal criteria and the characteristics of the levels of formed motivation of a foreign language learning were determined; the psychological and pedagogical conditions of the process of a foreign language learning motivation were established and founded. The didactic model of organization of training activities and a technology of formation of a foreign language learning motivation among the students of higher non-linguistic education establishments were elaborated. The results of the experimental work proved the efficiency of the psychological and pedagogical conditions of the formation of a foreign language learning motivation among the students of higher non-linguistic education establishments; elaborated didactic model and technology of a foreign language learning motivation.
