Object- visceral functions of rats organism during changes of sexual state. Purpose-to reveal dynamics of some visceral functions of organism during different stages of estrous cycle at development of gonad insufficient states and at various methods of their correction. Methods-morphologic, pharmacologic, electrophysiologic, phisical, biochemical, surgical, transplantologic, statisticaln. Novelty-peculiarities of cardiovascular system function at rats females during different stages of sex cycle in rest and at model of physiologic loading were written, development of disorders at reactions of cardiovascular system during physiologic loading at formation of postcastrative syndrome in ovariectomy rats was demonstrated, comparative analysis of some methods of correction of gonad insufficient states by degree of expression of their influence on formation of cardiovascular reactions during physiologic loading was made. Results-scheme of development of cardiovascular disorders which included hypo- and hyperestrogenic states was offered for further study. Establish-in educational and scientific activity.
