Nurullayev I. International Cooperation in the System of Council of Europe in Struggle against Corruption.

The dissertation is devoted to the complex research of legal cooperation of the states of Council of Europe in struggle against corruption. Such cooperation is considered as inalienable part of the wider effort of states in overcoming of this phenomenon. The general legal assessment of international anticorruption cooperation at the universal level is given. Particularly, the author studies international treaties concluded within the framework of UN and Economic Cooperation and Development Organization. It is proved that anticorruption cooperation in legal space of Council of Europe is most effective today. The legal research of international agreements of Council of Europe (such as Criminal and Civil Conventions on struggle against corruption) and the main European control body of anticorruption international cooperation (Group of States against Corruption) is made. The author determines the place of Ukraine in the international anticorruption treaties. The main peculiarities of national implementation of recommendations of international anticorruption bodies (such as Group of States against Corruption) are examined.
