The Dissertation is called to study the functioning of local liver stress-limiting system of white rats in cases of toxic dyshomeostasis caused by chronic infusion of various doses of lead acetate in combination with stress. The dysfunction of local liver stress-limiting system caused by individual chronic intoxication with lead acetate and the combined influence of stress and lead acetate is accompanied with various dysfunctions of enzymatic balance in it and the activity change of enzymes of liver origin depending on the dose and duration of lead acetate infusion.
