Fedotova A. Appeal of Militia Actions and Decisions as an Investigative Authority

The dissertation is a research on actual legal, theoretical and practical issues of militia actions and decisions appeal as an investigative authority. New positions are grounded concerning with the concept of appeal and complaint on actions, decisions (negligence) of militia as an investigative organ. Complex development of problems of legal and organizational character arising at the appeal of actions and decisions of militia, as an investigative organ is conducted. Author's position is offered in relation to an object and classification of complaints about actions and decisions of militia as an investigative organ, and order of its reception, consideration and decision. Description of activity of the chief of an investigative organ, public prosecutor and court is carried out in connection with the appeal of judicial action or decision of militia. Suggestions are formulated in relation to perfection of current legislation regulating appeal of actions and decisions of militia as an investigative organand practice its application.
