Thesis defines structure of physical and technical preparation of track-and-field sprinters with different qualification, perfection of their training process, as the problem, concerning using of information about the main differences in sportsmen's preparation at different training stages has been studied insufficiently and that keeps back in improving results in 100 m race. In the work the differentiation programme of physical abilities with the help of special exercises requiring technique peculiarities in 100 m race has been proposed for the first time.
