Essay

The thesis is dedicated to study of distribution of substances influencing on haemostasis in pair organs (brain hemispheres, lungs, kidneys, femoral muscles) of human beings and different animal species (hens, rats, guinea pigs, cats, rabbits) and their role in blood coagulation and fibrinolysis in symmetrical circulation regions (jugular, kidney and femoral veins) in animals (cats) under physiological conditions. It was proved that being flowed from the pair (symmetrical) organs blood on the right and on the left possessed different procoagulative and fibrinolytic features that depends on these substances activity level in the organs of proper side.
