Essay

To the dissertation it is devoted to substantiation, research and introduction in clinic of optimum variants perioperative anesthesiological supports at less invasive operational interventions. It is established that intraoperative use of butorphanol does not change character of the stress-answer to surgical aggression. A gemodynamic profile under the influence of pneumoperitoneum authentically differs from standard GIVA. Use of NSAIDs “on request of the patient” for the purpose of postoperative analgesia doesn’t remove a nervous component of the pain, therefore is not effective. Use of NSAIDs in a mode of “preemptive analgesia” not only effectively protects patients from painful aggression, but also reduces expressiveness of the stress-answer. It allows to reduce term of stay of patients in the postoperative period from 7,1 ± 0,4 bed - days at standard anesthesiological support to 3,2 ± 0,1 – 2,8 ± 0,1 bed - days at use of xefokam or dynastat.
