Object: process of preparation of future teachers of elementary school; Aim: scientifically to ground, in theory to develop and experimentally check up the pedagogical system of preparation of future teachers to historical-regional work with pupils of elementary school in ARC; Methods: theoretical, empiric; experimental; statistical; Novelty: first: the structural-functional model of readiness and pedagogical system of preparation of future teachers is developed to historical-regional work with pupils of elementary school in ARC, the criteria and levels of readiness of future teachers are definite to historical-regional work with pupils of elementary school in ARC; Results: the pedagogical system can be used in work of methodical unions of teachers of elementary school, establishments of the in-plant and retraining of pedagogical frames training; Field – theory and method of professional education.
