Essay

Оbject – technological process of hole machining; investigation subject – the increase of productivity and quality of hole machining on multiuniversal machine tool; methods – theoretical basis of machine building technology, metal cutting theory, probability modeling and mathematical statistics; results – engineering procedure permitting to determine the optimal modes of hole machining on multiuniversal machine tool is developed; mandrel constructions for hole drilling with additional tool direction is created; novelty – new approach for increase of productivity and quality of hole machining on multiuniversal machine tool providing the quantity reduction both of technological transition and cutting tool and also the reasoning of the most efficient hole machining mode option are proposed; it was determined that the most efficient hole machining mode option are to be carried out in complex with the tool – the members of technological assembly – relationship; it was proved that to optimize the hole machining mode on multiuniversal machine tool it is reasonable to use the criteria of “shaping intensity”, on the basis of which the mathematical model of optimal cutting mode choice is developed; optimal cutting mode choice of basic parts when processed by twin-cutter boring arbor is grounded; implementation – OCA “Sumy machine building scientific-manufacturing association named after M.V. Frunze” (Sumy); field - machine building.
