Essay

The thesis is devoted to the communicative aspect of distance learning investigation. The factors of communicative process intensification in distance learning sphere are determined. The modern trends of distance learning development in the context of informational society building are considered in the research. The specific features of electronic communication are depicted; its role in distance learning process is defined. Due to the analysis of communicative technologies didactic aspect, the communicative technologies classification is improved. The virtual reality technology is depicted as a communicative one. The classification of communicative activity intensification factors in distance learning environment is proposed. The intensification factor of structured knowledge-based communicative process is examined. The knowledge category is regarded as a main structural element of communicative process.
