In the thesis, that is complete research work, the actual scientific- practical task is decided, that provides perfection of technology of preparation and concentration of the oxidized ferrous quartzite on the basis of conformities setting to the law of formation of clean surfaces of ore and non-metallic minerals with the use of bischofite at destruction and features of minerals flocculeformation at magnetic ore dressing of raw material. Dissertation is devoted to a technology of high grade iron - ore concentrate obtaining from the oxidized ferrous quartzite with the use of bischofite. The conditions for creation of surfaces cleanness of all grinding minerals are demonstrated. The results of theoretical and experimental research allowed developing a new method of creation of cleanness of surfaces of minerals of the oxidized ferrous quartzite and their subsequent concentration. The use of bischofite at the oxidized ferrous quartzite grinding is more effective at the first and the second stages of grinding and, as a result, increase of mass particle of Fe in a final concentrate in comparison with a base variant by 3,1 % without desliming by 2,9 % with desliming product without bischofite and by 4,1 % with desliming and application of bischofite is proved. The obtained results of laboratory and pilot research showed the fitness of this technology for possibility of high-grade iron ore concentrate obtaining.
