Komisarchuk R. Bases of investigation of facts of illegal privatization of the state and communal property.

This dissertation is the complex scientific research of problems of investigation of crimes which are committed in the sphere of privatization of the state and communal property. In the dissertation conceptual positions of the criminalistic classification and the criminalistic characteristic of the indicated crimes are developed. Scientific recommendations are given concerning the organization of active maintenance of privatisation process, interaction of the inspector and operative authorities with the athourities that posess certain powers; uses special knowledge for disclosing and investigation of the indicated crimes. The essence of a preprosecutorial technique is discovered, its structure and defining methods of characteristics of certain crimes in the prosecution stage are stated."
