Cherkas N. Macroeconomic promotion of manufactured exports in Ukraine

Ukrainian foreign trade sphere development regularities. Scientific argumentation of system of macroeconomic levels and instruments of manufactured export stimulation under the condition of national economy structural transformation and global competitiveness enhancement. Analysis, synthesis, system-generalization, quantitative and qualitative comparison, trend analysis, regressions and correlations, statistical and graphical. Structural and sectoral model of export, which separates and issues priority to manufactured sector of economy as the base for competitive export; complex estimation of the dependence of the structure of Ukraine's export on endogenous and exogenous factors was made, which enabled possibility to find out the quality of their influence on the manufactured export; the classification of the structure of export by grade of processing and the rate of added value, which include the division of whole export into raw materials and manufactured exports was suggested; the factors of export's structure improvement aimed to improve macroeconomic policy, institutional measures, and creation of institutional base for manufactured export were systematized. The results of the study concerning reorientation of foreign trade of Ukraine, "regional depression trap" overcome and recommendations of the manufactured export stimulation were implemented.
