Borysova T. Ergonomic preparation of the labour training future teachers in the labour-training activity

Thesis research is devoted to the problem of formation of the labour training teachers' ergonomic preparation for future professional activity. The state of teachers practicians and future teachers of technological education with their ergonomic preparation is analysed in the thesis. A number of training subjects which forms a certain combination of knowledge and skills which let a teacher solve ergonomic problems has been analysed. Taking as a basis this analysis approaches to theme formation and ergonomic preparation methodics have been determined. Having passed an examination the program of the course "Ergonomics principles" has been worked out and organized. The methodics of teaching the course on the strength of inculcating up-to-date technology training has been proposed, theoretically based and experimentally examined. The model of ergonomic preparation, which components have been taken as a basis of criteria of level determinating ergonomic preparation of future handicraft teachers has been created. Ergonomic preparation levels have been carried out to european examination system. The indicators of levels of ergonomic preparation's formation have been determined. Experimental examination of proposed ergonomic preparation methodics, which provides rising the levels of ergonomic readiness of future labour training teachers to pedagogical activity has been fulfilled.
